***These apartments are not the place you want to move your family into! I have been in this complex for years with no problems but recently I have had my car gone through several times with items stolen. My window was recently smashed out and my screen ripped out of my dash. Two days later my daughters car was broken into. I reached out to management,…the “Regional Manager” etc. I have not had one response. They DO NOT CARE about the safety of their tenants. They have not made ONE change and do not plan to. My neighbors car was broken into last night with the same items stolen. A week ago another car was broken into and another was up on bricks with the rims stolen. We have no type of security and no sense of community. Check the news for the murder that took place recently. No changes we
I genuinely love living here. The community is clean, comfortable, and has such a positive, welcoming vibe. The apartments are well-maintained, and everything about the living experience has been smooth and enjoyable. Madison has been wonderful to work with! She’s friendly, helpful, and always responsive, which makes a big difference. Overall, this truly feels like home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Easy move in but be careful. String of thieves target this complex. Stealing tires, anything they can get. One person was killed yesterday and the apartment sent out an email saying it was an isolated event not to worry. Star Telegram gave details, which I believe because my car was broken into. I've had two decent leaks in my apartment both causing mold throughout my apartment to the one you can smell it. I told front office they did nothing about it but patched up the damage both times. My family is SICK because of it. We will be moving next month and will never look back Multiple outlets in unit have not worked the whole time I've been here. There has been 3 property managers since I've moved here which will be 2 years next month. I haven't met the new one but hopefully shes better th
Office staff is wonderful, which is a large part of the reason we chose to move here, but the property management needs work. Maintenance takes forever to do anything unless you complain to the office about it. We’ve had an ant problem since we moved in and it’s not due to food being left out, they were here when we moved in we just didn’t know it yet. My current issue is that we have a newborn baby and a clogged sink, so I’m stuck not being able to wash my pump parts or bottles. Maintenance came on Thursday to fix the leak under the sink but didn’t fix the clog and now I’ve been told that the clog “isn’t an emergency” HOW IS IT NOT AN EMERGENCY IF I HAVE TO USE IT TO CLEAN THINGS FOR MY BABY?!! Hate to be that person but I’m sure how else to get management’s attention but to finally leave
My son, daughter in law and granddaughter live at these apartments. Overnight 11/14-15 there was an incident that occurred on property (homicide). And the message sent out to tenants was not truthful😡🤬. You can do your own research and see the facts. DFW Scanner on Facebook has the information from Fort Worth PD. Shame on management and corporate for trying to downplay the situation, treating their tenants safety as unimportant, thinking that the facts wouldn’t make the local news and that their tenants are stupid. Management should do the right thing and send out a corrected statement IMMEDIATELY!! I will be more than happy to share photo and info from Fort Worth PD if asked.
