When selling my previous house (she did both selling my old and buying my new one at the same time, how easy!) there were multiple "issues" with the representative agent for the buyers. Carly is an incredible choice for buying or selling your home. We initially talked to Carly in November about selling our home and had to move up our timeline because our daughter had an accident. We listed right after the new year and had 4 offers on the first day active! We ended up closing 20k above list! It was an excellent experience all around and we cannot thank or recommend her enough!!!
