Carlton Views Apartments

The ladies in the front office were truly amazing. They were also friendly and greeted me with a smile. I moved out due to my work, but would instantly move back! Maintenance did usually take awhile, but they were respectful, and always did a great job of fixing what needed to be fixed. They made my experience great, and when ready to move again, I would choose to live there.

Latrice is super helpful here in the office at carlton views . I was a member for the last 4 years. She always had a positive attitude and got to the bottom of any request or issue. It has been a pleasure to call that place home for the last 4 years of my life!

If I could give minus 10 for feedback, I would. Is this the best woman the owners can find to represent their apartments? Don't waste your time applying here. We were trying to find an apartment for my daughter and granddaughter. Woman said they need $30,000 income to apply. Then put it on your website! We gave them that much last year in their current apartment . Woman who answered was extremely rude, and just should not be in a position to talk to anyone about housing. Not qualifying is one thing. But did she have to be downright hateful about it?

New management is great. Manager here at Carlton views is strict. I like it because you don't put up with no bull crap I have a ESA but I have to speak on residence or whomever it is nice to pick their dog poop up the only thing that I would change is paying the water bill separate from your rent

From the open floorplan and stunning view, I enjoyed my stay there when visiting a friend. Randall the maintenance supervisor was truly a gem! Knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond.
