I’ve had the true pleasure and privilege of being a tenant of Carlton Arms North for the past 9 years, and I just want to share how amazing this community is. Firstly, it’s the safest apartment community that you can find anywhere, and as a Professional Musician who travels and sees a lot, I can say with total confidence that coming home to Carlton Arms North truly feels like a safe haven. Even from the entrance of the neighborhood, the Guard House staff (especially Vanda) are always so courteous and kind, and make you feel welcome when they wave. They go as far as to gesture visitors forward so that the residents may proceed. Then you get into the grounds staff lead by Jim, who couldn’t be more kind and professional. This is a lovely neighborhood and you really can’t beat the price for what is provided. The amenities are exceptional. - The grounds staff does an amazing job keeping the public area top notch and the turn around for work orders shows their care for the customer experience. - Their level of office staff is superb and I am always able to be helped very timely when I call, email, or come in. - It’s such a blessing knowing that this place takes its safety seriously and the ladies at the security shack are awesome. One lady calls me sunshine and honestly it makes my day every single time. ☀️ The neighborhood is about a 2 mile loop for walking and the aesthetics of the beautiful buildings, pounds, and even Hillsborough river access makes everyday feel like a vacation. When I came to visit this place yesterday, it felt like home. You don’t think it would give you that feeling when you’re driving past but as soon as you come through the security area, it just feels so comfortable. I love the layout. I love the floorplans that they have and the amenities that they have and I feel like this place is a really good fit for me. The staff was very nice and they actually offered me like four different kinds of drink drinks which doesnt really happen when you go somewhere and they offered me snacks. Definitely a great place to go and check out to see if this could be your next place of comfort for your home.

I’ve been living at Carlton Arms North in Tampa for a while now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier calling this place home. I just wanted to share how much I appreciate this community and everyone who helps keep it running so smoothly. From the moment you drive in, you can feel that safety is a top priority here. The gated entrance and guard house staff are always friendly and attentive, and it really gives me peace of mind coming and going at all hours. I always feel comfortable walking around the property, whether it’s early in the morning or late at night. On top of that, the office staff is always courteous and helpful. I toured this community today with my son. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds and the care that the owners put into keeping this property at its very best. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and I just really felt that the owners care about this place. Our leasing agent was also lovely, I’ll have to come back when I recall her name as she deserves a shout out. She was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I’d like to move there and I never thought I’d say that about an apartment complex.
