Carlson Woods Townhomes

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I experienced a significant mouse infestation at Carlson Woods Townhomes. When we moved in the neighbors had a pest control truck in front of their house. I should have known the infestation was going to be bad when I seen that truck! The mice chewed the bottom of the doors and ate food from our pantry which resulted in us having to throw away all of our food! We let the leasing team know we were seeing mice and they sent someone out to lay down a few lousy traps. The traps did not work at all during the time we were here. We also had a terrible leak in the basement the entire time we were staying here. We let maintenance know and no one showed up to address the issue! We used our own buckets and tools to keep cleaning up the horrendous mess this l

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with moving in. My move in day my front door wouldn't opened I had to have someone kick it down because the office couldn't do anything neither could maintenance. They have yet to fix my door in which you can see through it, and it's all bent up. My storm door has been "fixed" multiple times and still doesn't work. We have killed 5 mice on our own not sure what "pest control" they have but it sucks... they don't do anything. The dishwasher didn't work, paint splattered on my floors, major scrapes on my floor, holes in my floors, their paint is cheap and comes off on all of my dishes. Move in at your own risk Maintenance sucks! They literally have maintenance that doesn’t have a clue on how to fix things As of now our AC has been broken for 5 days They say they no longer consider a broken AC as an emergency. So it’s been between 80-85 degrees in our home. And having a newborn baby doesn’t seem to matter to them They offered no solution for adequate air until it could be fixed. Someone came and replaced the motor and said it should be getting cooler in a few hrs but it never did. In fact it only got hotter. It basically took him 2 hrs for him to do nothing.

I am beyond frustrated. We have had countless plumbing issues since we moved in. Our toilet’s just overflow, without being flushed. We woke up to find that our basement toilet just ran and ran until it flooded the bathroom. There was no clog, not even a flush. It happened while we were sleep. The plumbers came out and said we had some faulty valve cover or something, that explained the issue we have been experiencing. This also happened back in October, no one was even upstairs when the toilet water started rushing in. We noticed water leaking out of the fire sprinkler. When we went upstairs it was literally pouring out of the toilet. By the time we got the water off, the water had come through the ceiling and my whole living room was completely soaked. They are very rude, i spoke with a gentleman and he was straight forward and asked that a speak to him. However when i called back there was a young lady that didn't know what she was talking about and instead of leaving things as is she was completely rude, i have no interest in this community now.
