We lived in a house managed by Carlea Lenker for several years and found her to be a very professional property manager/landlord based on our experience. It was easy to get in touch with her with any questions or issues. I wish more property managers/landlords were like her. I really enjoyed the time I spent at the property she rented to me and I highly recommend her.

Working with Carlea was one of the best decisions we made when it came to renting out our house. She was extremely professional, told the truth, and was very quick to reach out and/or respond to us with any issues. It put our minds at ease, knowing that she was in charge of tenant screening, collecting rent and making sure the house stayed in good condition. She knows the area well which assisted us in preparing our house for eventual sale. Not only did she advise on improvements to make, but handled the sale of our home with the most efficient process. We could not have been more pleased with our 8-year experience. Carlea is excellent!

Extremely rude. I was looking into renting a $425/mo all utilities included apartment from her. I go to her office in-person and hand her my application. She looks over it for literally five seconds and hands it back to me saying I don't make enough. I asked her how much I would need to make to be eligible for such a cheap apartment. She informed me that she will ONLY accept people who make one months rent in one week. She's saying that to rent a $425/mo apartment, you have to make $1,700 a month. If I was making THAT much money per month, I wouldn't need to rent such a cheap place. She even had the nerve to tell me to "go get a second job". Stopped in and looked at a few of her properties before this, all of them were in various stages of disrepair and were very dirty, wallpaper/paint c

We rented a home in Camp Hill through Carlea. She was very polite, professional, and responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend do business her!!

The author rented a property managed by Carlea Lenker realty located at 420 Water St Newcumberland PA from 1/2017 until 4/2018. The apartment had numerous damages reported to Ms. Lenker including water stains on ceiling, damaged shades, cracked windows, and chipped paint throughout the apartment. The living room carpet required 3 vacuumings to remove food particles from the previous tenant upon vacating. Carlea stated via email the carpet was cleaned prior to move in date although professionals DIY recommend vacuuming the carpet prior to steam cleaning.
