My family and I moved from California and ended up renting a 2 bathroom 1.5 baths from Carl Turlington and I am absolutely in awe at the service I received from the office. Lori is so sweet and helpful. Angie is friendly, courteous and very professional. Alicia is awesome! She made us feel right at home and our townhouse was just in impeccable condition. The best part about the staff is the prompt response to my calls or emails. Everytime I send an email, Lori or Angie would reply within the hour...how impressive is that! Our rental company in California is a nightmare and now it is such a breath of fresh air to have Carl Turlington as our rental company.

Turlington Real Estate has been as my property manager in Gainesville since 2005. During this time, I have been satisfied with them at multiple levels. They: find and screen quality tenants, handle issues that may arise with tenants and the property, facilitate repairs, are pro-active and communicate effectively via phone or email and have helped facilitate resolution of issues that have arisen with the city. The owners on-line portal makes it easy to find necessary documents for business or tax purposes. I continue to work with Turlington with confidence.

I’m not sure why Turlington has such poor reviews. I was a tenant this past year and I truly have no complaints. Turlington exceeded my expectations. Certainly there old historic buildings, such as the one I lived in, is destined to have maintenance issues—but Turlington fixed every mechanical issue I had within 48 hours of me contacting them. New dryer, unclogged sink, leaky faucet, AC leak all fixed! And they gave us free pest control during the humid months. Such an incredible, kind, and hard-working company. If I have the chance, I will certainly rent from them again.

I love Carl Turlington! I can't say enough good things! They worked with me to find a place suitable for me and my dogs. They have always been so professional and always go out of their way to resolve issues quickly. Highly recommend if you're looking for a rental!
