Carillon Apartments

I first toured the Carillon in 2022 and moved in. For the past 3 years I have noticed all the improvements being made here. Enhancements to the dog park and parking garage doors and most recently our package lockers were updated. The staff is attentive and friendly. The location is the best in Nashville.

I have lived at Carillon since the end of December 2024 and so far I have had nothing but good experiences with this place The amenities are great and the staff is extremely helpful. I love the location of the complex if you don't mind being beside the Sounds stadium or traffic every so often when there is a game playing. The environment is never noisy when trying to sleep and overall pretty quiet. Definitely would recommend residence at the Carillon.

The Carillon Nashville is an amazing place to live. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the area it’s in. Mytch and the other employees were always friendly and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate. The amenities, the maintenance, and the parking were all wonderful for being so close to downtown Nashville. Give this place a tour and see for yourself.

Great location in a great neighborhood! Recent updates to the complex include installation of fast garage doors and a new package room for easier retrieval of packages. Very competitive prices in the neighborhood and helpful staff make it worth the price. Maintenance crew does a great job as well and respond quickly to requests and orders. A recommendationsI have for the complex would be to conduct routine maintenance checks (exterior doors for building security, lights in hallways flickering or burnt out, trash at doors and in garages).

Has a great atmosphere and extremely well kept. Office staff was fantastic and friendly, they always helped when questions arose and went above and beyond to help out. Location is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars. It also sits right next to the baseball stadium which is great for entertainment. Outdoor common area is always clean and the pool is always clean. Highly recommend checking them out. Ask for Kasey, she is great!
