Coastal Premium Homes sold me this Defective Home …Cardinal Built it …neither stood by the product …I made my choice to purchase a home from Cardinal at the encouragement of my builder. I toured the facility and contracted to purchase a home from Cardinal and it was erected June 10, 2021. Recently I have discovered a very serious building error that has caused me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. I am hopeful Cardinal will do the right thing and stand behind their product. I will update this review after hearing from them….UPDATE ..Neither Coastal Premium Homes nor Cardinal took any action to try to resolve the issue amicably …unfortunately I got burnt for 40K cause I can’t afford an attorney ..buyer beware ..

I have been able to tour the factory and speak with the manufacturing and sales side of the business. I have found them to be both knowledgeable and professional. The homes I saw under construction appeared well built and the fit and finish is along the lines of what should be expected. Unfortunately I did not move forward with a purchase from Cardinal, not because the homes were not attractive, but because they lacked competent building partners in my area (about 30 miles from their factory). I am hopeful that one day their builder community will be as capable as their manufacturing facility.

Cardinal Homes will take someone "green" and teach you anything you are willing to learn about building a house. When I started at Cardinal Homes, I knew absolutely nothing about the house building process. I have gained extensive knowledge and continue to learn new things daily. The people that work here are wonderful and will take the time to answer any questions that you have.

Same thing here, waiting on a home not much bigger than a large shed (960 sf.) since August and have yet to have it leave the factory. Would never recommend doing business with Cardinal again. Can't get straight answers from my builder or anyone. Just go with a site built home, this is pathetic. I'd give a negative star if I could.

Been waiting on a home since July with no end in sight. Keep getting delay after delay. This isn't how someone spending over 150k should be treated. It would have been faster and less of a headache to have my home site built.
