Cardinal Hill Apartments

Been living here about 3 years now. Pros: - More affordable than many other apartments in the area, despite yearly increases (more on that below) - Apartment is clean & has no evident mice or bug problems, even despite it being surrounded by wooded area. Great. - Ample parking despite garage issues (see below) - Snow removal is prompt and impressive - Staff is friendly & courteous, from the property manager to the maintenance staff - Property is pretty well taken care of and the super really cares about it. He does a good job. - good location for work or play in Morristown, Florham Park, etc. - pet friendly! - very safe area with good schools if you have kids & that’s important to you. - nice view of the sunrise in some apartments. - heat included (more on that below) Cons: - Almost no a

Horrible place to live. Stay far away from here. Management refuses to fix any issues or concerns we bring to their attention. Units are all contaminated with black mold. They enter your apartment without advising you. Had them walk in on me while using bathroom. Gets worse. Just choose a different complex. If I can give them zero stars I would.

Cardinal Hill is a lovely place nice apartments.i been looking for a few weeks for a place I've seen some places for more money n no first month deals n they have nothing on cardinal hill .thanks to Jennifer property manager I am finished looking n settled in ....thank you.....

Me and my Wife moved here last August. We absolutely love the place, people are very nice. Danielle and Joe are very helpful, Danielle made the moving process easy, and she always respond fast to our questions. Joe and the Maintenance team are hardworking, and they are doing a great job removing the snow to keep the driveway safe. They also recently paved the whole complex. The location is great and the view is awesome!! I really recommend this place.

I have been living here for a year & a half now. Danielle and Joe are extremely hardworking and so accommodating to the tenants. Every time I see them, they are truly working so hard. Joe and the other maintenance workers have done an excellent job with snow removal and keeping walkways safe. The lot was also recently paved and it looks great. I highly recommend cardinal hill for anyone looking for a quiet, safe and centrally located spot.
