Cardel Homes pushes for zoning changes and development as a cash grab without any input from the communities they are impacting. They are changing Zerger Elementary School and all associated park and field facilities into dense housing. Reducing greenspace and overall value of the surrounding homes to new/young families.

Great home builder. We had an independent inspection done & the inspector told us this is one of the best he’s seen. Hardly any fixes after we moved in. Follow up to any issues we’ve had have been quick & taken care of without a fight. We love it here & are happy with the quality of the home
