Captain Waterfront

We used Skip to sell our waterfront home in Bowley's Quarters. From the moment he stepped into our house, we knew he was the best choice for us. Skip did a fantastic job selling our house in less than a day. We had a short timeline to sell as he showed up right away with his iPhone so we could get it listed quickly. He did a great job negotiating a deal for us 25k above asking. He made us feel like our house was the only one he was selling.

So I want to start off my review by saying I am a licensed real estate agent and I chose Skip to sell my own waterfront house on the Chesapeake Bay. I felt I was overwhelmed and he would do the best job because I was emotionally attached to my house- and he did! We Love Skips laid back but professional approach to selling real estate. He is all about the customer and making sure everyone is on the same page. On top of his knowledge and experience he always responds fast, follows up to make sure all the details are in place for a smooth transaction. Even when he has to deliver not so good news he always has a bright smile. Not to be funny but seriously if you have to get any news good or bad .
