While we were in a bad spot and I was freaking out, looking for a place to live, I found a house for rent. Teresa and her crew took a chance and helped me chill my nerves! When we began talking with her the rent was listed and we agreed. Then because some work had to be done before we could move in, the rental price went up, but we agreed to it and have been pleased from day one. They are quick to resolve any issues that may come up. Teresa and crew really are the best and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. They have the experience and know how to treat people right. I have been with capstone realty now for the last 4 years and I must say that Ms Teresa and her team are the absolute best if I ever have a problem with things inside of my unit they're only one phone call away, I've always been able to get issues resolved quickly. Capstone manages the property where we are renters. They are always Johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to repairs and property maintenance. Laurey and Teresa have been extremely friendly, helpful and transparent when it came to applying for and leasing our home.
