Capstone at Banks Crossing

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I love it! The space is nice, the maintenance crew is super quick to fix an order, and the amenities are great! The gym is super lowkey and not always busy, so I love to utilize it whenever I can! The front office is also incredibly helpful and fast with any issues or answers to questions that I have! If you’re looking to live somewhere in Commerce, this place is great.

I’ve been living here ever since the apartments opened, and loved it from day one. The place is honestly one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in. I use the gym all the time, there are many machines available, and it’s usually pretty empty, which is a huge plus. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, making the community feel relaxed and comfortable. The apartment staff also hosts great events, like food drives, which is awesome to see and really shows they care about the community. Overall, it’s been an amazing place to call home.

I have enjoyed my time living here at these apartments. Everyone is generally pretty friendly or just keep to themselves, the insides of the apartments are very nice, and the gym and pool are very great to have as well. The gym is like a full gym, multiple machines and lots of free weights, its very good. And the front office building has nice lounging areas and a nice sized computer room too. The ladies in the front office are always kind and eager to help with any problems we may have. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an apartment complex!

I moved here to Capstone Apartments and it's nice being here. I moved from Atlanta in December to be closer to my family and I love my apartment. I have yet to enjoy the pool when its summer time. Other than that, the people in the office showed me my place and took care of me.

We love our apartment and the staff at the office has become like family to us. Everyone is friendly but not overly intrusive which is nice. The staff in office do a great job planning monthly events for the community and maintenance responds quickly to any issues that arise. I also love the location which is very close to the outlets for easy shopping access and with Walmart just down the road getting deliveries are a snap. Update: Chey, Ally, Robin are the absolute best!! They’re always watching out for me and family making sure things are okay and Robin is always getting feedback on for different ideas for community get together. Ally and Chey make sure concerns are handled and follow up with me.
