Jared & Jeri were both wonderful in walking me through every process step by step while buying my beautiful new home. I live up north in the Tampa Bay area and wasn't always able to make the drive down and meet with the inspectors and contractors. Either Jared or Jeri (or both) were always available to meet with the workers and make sure all work and inspections were taken care of prior to closing. I have worked with some of the other large real estate agencies in the past and this experience was a wonderful change. Phone calls & text were answered in real time or responded to in short order, they were always friendly, courteous and relaxed without any pressure. Jared was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was very patient as we started the process to buy a vacation home in southwest Florida including initial property inquiries and visits to a marathon weekend of going to 30+ different properties from North Naples to Marco Island. He helped us narrow down our list and provided strong market data on each property to help drive the decision. He stayed with the process the entire way from initial search, offers and making sure that everything was completed for the closing; especially helpful as we were out of state buyers. Jeri and Jared went above and beyond the sale of our condo! They helped pack up our things and moved us out since we live in Texas and weren't able to do it ourselves due to the pandemic.
