Capitol Square Apartments

Love my new apartment, its a great feeling being the first person to live in a unit of a new apartment complex. I hope I continue to feel at ease here. The leasing agent Theresa is amazing and kind, I renewed my lease and don't really have any cons besides the limited parking spots. The property is kept clean. The best complex I've lived in thus far. Great deal when you sign lease for a second time as the rent will be locked in for however long you wish to stay.

Everyone was really nice, and the units were amazing. They all made me feel like I was part of the ComCap family. Unfortunately, after several failed attempts to get a hold of anyone, I was told that they no longer had any units available. I hated feeling like I was getting my hopes all for nothing, which is why they say, don't have too many expectations. I feel like ComCap is a bit too laid back as some of the staff I've talked to sounded unprofessional and often hired young, inexperienced managers instead of having them rise up the ladder based on their merits.

Ever since I reached out 1st time Jackie and her assistants were incredibly helpful, caring professional an kind, she made the process of moving very easy, smooth and fast. For that I am very grateful. Management and maintenance wise they’re amazing. I like my little floor plan. Thank you for everything you do for the tenants.

Unfortunately, although I thought this place was the right fit for me. It turned out to be a mistake and a nightmare ending my search. I spoke with Jackie, and although she was very kind, she was not consistent with communication on what was needed for an appropriate move-in date. I was stalled for at least two and a half months, and should have stopped working towards this place a month in after the unit was considered "vacant". I was told one thing, and then another. Around the two-month mark, I was told I would receive keys and to wait around for her call so she could hand them to me before closing. Instead, she stopped responding and closed down the office early. I was so confused and gave her the benefit of the doubt, being that she is the only one running the office. However, the la
