Capitol Hill Apartments

Capitol Hills was a great apartment for a few years. The staff used to be incredibly friendly and the building was well-managed. But everything changed after the property was bought by a new company a few months ago. Since then, the new staff has been unresponsive and indifferent. It’s clear they don’t really care about the residents. The office manager is rude, disconnected, and seem to have no idea what’s going on in the building. For weeks at a time only one elevator would be working, and at one point both elevators were down, forcing everyone to take the stairs. On top of that, the air conditioning across the entire building didn’t work for the entire month of May. And just today, I heard they finally decided to put portable units in apartments without working AC. But of course, they

Libby and staff have been awesome to deal with and a good maintenance crew. Anytime I had an issue and put in a work order, it was usually done by the next day. I enjoyed my stay here, great location right next to downtown without all of the downsides of being downtown.

I lived there for a little over 2 and a half years, and I LOVED my apartments!! I lived on one of the upper floors for a year and a half and on the 1st floor for about a year and some change. It was close to where I worked at the time, my husband moved in with me when we got married and it was just a wonderfully cozy way to start our marriage. We sometimes drive past the place and reminisce about the fun things we did while living there. TBH we could easily retire there in the future. Maintenance was always pretty fast, the management staff was easy to work with for whatever our needs were and I always felt safe there. Great for inner city living too. I highly recommend living at capitol rows. I love the apartment style, gives plenty on space to store and decorate. I love how safe and quiet the area is. Moving here was the best decision I could have made. Faculty is super welcoming and maintenance is always on top of anything issues you might have. Great atmosphere and the best place to live.

Love here and love the staff. They are friendly and helpful. The other tenants are friendly and make you feel at home. Love the on sight laundry room and the study room/gathering room. Very clean place. I read someone say it's a little small...well it is a studio apartment so it would be small....lol
