I recently toured this apartment community and had a really positive experience. The leasing agent Nilam Subba was welcoming, and took the time to explain pricing and options clearly. The units were clean. It felt safe and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a tour if you’re apartment hunting.

There is never anyone in the main office to assist the residents. They have office hours but never have staff available. They have changed ownership at least 6 times in the last 12 years. The apartments are alright but the folks who handle this location need to do better by those who pay their hard earned money to live in these homes.

Marsha T was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her exceptional customer service, thorough knowledge of the property, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, answered all our questions clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect apartment that fit our lifestyle. I feel at ease and more comfortable when I meet her at the office whenever I have issues regarding my apartment. Nilam really understands the concept of her job

Mr. Kadry was very polite and works fast! I had a service request for a broken faucet and he gave me a brand knew one and installed it in 5 minutes. He also noticed that my kitchen light bulb no longer worked so he replaced that as well. Overall, amazing service. Quick and well done!
