I hate living here. Everything feels like an inconvenience. From something as basic as retrieving packages to getting maintenance issues properly fixed, nothing is consistent or reliable. I’ve completely stopped sending packages to this apartment complex because the process is so frustrating. The workers who are supposed to retrieve packages are often not available, not on time, or not present at all. Sometimes the only person there is the maintenance worker, who isn’t able to assist. Package pickup is limited to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which is the exact schedule most working adults already have. If you can’t somehow rearrange your workday, you’re essentially out of luck. No one is willing to make an exception, help remotely, or simply enter the access code to retrieve your package. On top of

Don’t do it, the property manager here is unprofessional, flat out lies, doesn’t answer the phone or text, and soonest you sign the lease, the good communication, and professional ends. Work orders also won’t be adressed, I’ve had one for months. I also want to point out to not rent from Atlantic Property Services since I know several units are owned by different entities. I have never had an issue with a property manager prior to moving here but I’ve also never had one as unprofessional as Davierkis. They also will not go in to the units to address work orders unless you’re home even if you give them permission to, will give you a designated time that they can be there, have you take off work to make sure it gets addressed and never show up, this has happened multiple times, in the past

The other day I had some issues with my stove and I reported it, after 45 minutes Davy and some maintenance crew show up and change my stove for a new one. Great job guys! Best place to live in!

I have been an owner since 2008. Yes, our community has had some struggles and I blame myself first (owner)for not being involved with the community. Like a lot of owners we just sent our money in and didn’t ask any questions. Since 2017, I along with several owners have committed to bringing our community back to a safe and livable community!!

Run from this place. I have a family member who is a tenant. He called after hour maintenance, due to no hot water and water pressure not properly working. He spoke with Tye, she advised him that his emergency was not deemed for maintenance to come and fix the problem.
