Jeff Elliot is the worst realtor I’ve ever encountered. I asked if I could see a rental property the following day, as I was going into work that morning. He told me that if I wanted it I’d need to rush over immediately to see it. After viewing the property and wanting to put in an application, he informed me he had an appointment with another possible tenant the following afternoon that he was holding the property for. He said we were “second in line”. I have never heard of any realtors holding a property for someone, and not allowing another person to put in an application and sign a lease. I was late to work in order to come over immediately to see it when there was no need. He should have been upfront from the beginning. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
