Capital Flats & Magnolia Square Apartments

This is an amazing place especially for the wonderful staff in the office, Danyale and Angel. When in need they are always there for you and on point. They are very professional and well mannered. And here's a little view of my apartment to show you how up to date and well established these apartments are. And you can't forget the maintenance staff, James,Raymond and Robert. They always get the job done. They are very experienced in what they do. The whole staff here is AWESOME 💯

Now the complex is soso BUT DANYELL (definitely spelled wrong) she’s a god send. Very diligent and prompt she’s a sweetheart and very patient. 10/10 for her . The complex…. If you just need to not be homeless then this is a good start but if you’re looking with purpose… this isn’t the place to stop unless you wanna just chat with Ms. DANYELL 🤷🏾‍♀️. She’s worth the stop Now I’ve been here going on 2 months and I’ve been told that my review isn’t up to the standards that they needed to gain the traffic, but none the less it hasn’t gotten any better but in fact worse. My oven door has fallen apart by me just simply pulling it open, my blinds have snapped in half whilst trying to pull them closed. My shower wall tile is FALLING OFF THE WALL.. the drain in my shower keeps getting stuck shut so

Love my apartment @Magnolia Square . Danyale helped me every step of the way and continues to help me with a smile. They just redid the lobby as well and it looks GREAT! All of the new improvements have definitely given me a better feeling about living here !

I honestly was going to spare them and not write a review at all until they told me they would not refund my $160 administrative fee after deciding to not go thru with signing a lease here. Don’t waste your money applying, don’t even waste your gas and time to come tour unless your only other option is homelessness. Let me start off by saying when I first arrived for my scheduled tour on 12/30/25 @ 2 pm, there was no one even in the office. I walked into the leasing “office” which is literally a hall that smelled so terrible with a 5x5 room for the “office” that had the blinds shut and a “closed” sign on the door. A resident stopped to ask me if I worked there I said “no, do you? I have a tour at 2” as I was lost because I saw no one there and the office said closed and this didn’t even l

Loving my new apartment here! Big thanks to James the maintenance man for being super helpful with all the repairs i’ve wanted fixed! Even little things that were just requests to make my apartment feel more like home for me! A good maintenance man can make a huge difference in how things go in your apartment and I think we are super lucky to have one as good as James!
