Because this is my first house, I didn't know what I didn't know about buying a house, but Bethany thought of everything for me. She walked me through the process, came to all of my meetings with the builder, and helped me to negotiate a great deal! She was available whenever I had a question, and promptly returned any and all emails/voicemails that I left for her. Even when it was unclear if the deal would actually go through, Bethany remained patient and professional. After the sale, Bethany has continued to check on me and the house.
