Overall, the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Emma and Lola were especially instrumental in getting me prepared to move forward with my home loan—they were responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. That said, I do wish there had been clearer communication among the team. Toward the end, receiving requests from three different people became a bit confusing. Having a more streamlined point of contact—or better coordination internally—would have made the experience smoother. I also think a secure online portal for uploading documents, rather than relying solely on email, would greatly improve efficiency and organization. Overall, choosing Capital Bank was the right decision for me. I’m grateful I was able to successfully close and purchase my new home!
