Capital Associates

My fiancé and I have been living in an apartment owned by Capital Associates for two years. It’s been an absolute treat. Claire is the most caring landlord I’ve ever had. She was quick to respond if we ever needed something fixed or had a question about anything. Always a pleasure talking to her as well. Brian the maintenance guy is extremely friendly and quick to fix things that need to be taken care of. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend Capital Associates and especially Claire to anyone.

Loved renting from Claire and Philip! They were very professional handling our search for the ideal apartment while out of town and quickly addressed all repairs and maintenance requests. It's great to have such an honest and positive experience with a landlord in an area plagued with poor property management companies. We also absolutely loved Brian, he was always so helpful and accommodating even outside regular hours and our pup is absolutely obsessed with him.

Claire was very responsive with any questions or issues that may have came up (there were very few). The maintenance man Brian was also very pleasant and helpful when needed. Highly recommend!

If you are a good tenant, she will reciprocate with being flexible and understanding of any issues that come up.

Claire and company are amazing. She is easily the most understanding and accommodating landlord I have ever experienced. In a world in which dollars and profit are often valued more than humanity, this company's moral compass is a rarity. If you are trying to decide between renting from Capital Associates and another company, take my advice and go with Claire. She's a wonderful human being and will always treat with you respect and dignity.
