Capital Abstract Title Company

I just had an underwriter named Ryan try to flip me from an SBA loan to a high interest line of credit. He refused to give me his full name. I would stay far away from this company! They are the perfect example of predatory lending. I’m currently trying to contact management if they care. It seems like they don’t. I’m going to have to file a complaint with the SBA.

I have done real estate business with every other company out there. iv been in the real estate business for many years now. i must say i am the most impressed with the customer service at Capital abstract. They treat me like family. i highly recommend them. they are the most professional .

I do alot of real estate transactions. I'v been using Capital Abstract for the past 10 years. All true professionals, very Knowledgeable, All eager to help as much as possible. They make my real estate purchasing easy. I highly recommend them.

Not giving this place my business, i called and spoke to a woman by the name of bernadette i believe, i had a few questions and it seems like she had a attitude problem. She was very unprofessional and rude to me. I cannot believe they hire people like that who don't have customer service training. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.
