I recently moved out of one their houses and left it ready to move in,i gave notice that I was going to do so well over the thirty days required and I have yet to receive any of my deposit! Everytime I call,the woman working the phone(not Carol) gave me the same answer: we have thirty days to send it. It's been past thirty days and still no deposit,we were ideal tenants and expected better treatment after the thousands spent on rent for them,will never rent there again.Update: After three weeks,they agreed to cut me another check but not before they took out an additional fee. Emilia,the woman working their phones is one of the most obnoxious people I've ever had to deal with.

Good place to live in terms of pricing but the people overlooking the housing are terrible to deal with. House has had many issues, the main one being the air conditioning breaking down constantly, and it's a pain trying to get somebody to come and properly repair things. This is not rare as I've lived in a different house in the same complex previously, same issues.

I've never had any problems with place. If I had any work orders that needed to be fixed they always come right out to fix them. The office staff is extremely helpful...
