We are so happy that we chose this apartment community. The people in the community are very welcoming and they organize events. The apartment (2 BR) is extremely quiet and overlooks the pool. Dave, the manager, has been very helpful. I cannot say enough great things about the community.

Don’t be misled by the early, overly positive reviews — my experience was very different once I moved in. Currently being overcharged $375 compared to a $75 retaliatory hike, seemingly as retaliation for my reviews. My lease expired in August, which meant I was entering a new lease—not changing terms mid-lease. At that time, the unit directly above mine (same layout, typically priced higher due to upper floor) was advertised at $1,984/month, yet my renewal was set at $2,000. When I questioned this discrepancy, management said rewriting the lease would raise it further to $2,075—appearing retaliatory rather than a fair correction. I absolutely love where I live! Well maintained and cared about property! Maintenance and Manager always respond quickly and respectful. There are periodic planned events that are always welcome and fun! Quantum Fiber-oh my goodness! Always working, having a heated pool and a grill I don’t need to change the propane is great!

After looking at multiple apts before moving to CC I found a gem at Capeway SW 97. From the first call to meeting Allisson for a tour I knew 'This is the Place'. The complex is new with many amenities and well laid out. My many questions and concerns were all addressed in a patient and professional manner. Allison was and is a delight to work with along with Dave, Gabe and Aidan. This complex is a must see for any apt hunting. Love my new home. Thank you. Carol M
