While dozens of children, moms of babies in strollers, ppl with pets, scooters, bikes, skateboards all competing for space on narrow private roads while drivers put all above at risk. Dont dare get out on foot with sidewalk only on one side of street. The ‘forgotten’ community with only one Speed limit sign with a speed completely wrong for the existing conditions. 15 mph is more like it with all the resident activity. Finally a speed sign frm APD today. We ll sed if anyone heeds the warning. Proly soon as they take it down they'll go back to bad and dangerous habits. Otherwise theres new neighbors letting All dogs run wild and jump on me and my 10 mo old puppy on leash getting ice cream at mobile truck. Dogs
