I moved in November 2024, sight unseen from out of state, during one of the hardest times of my life. I was navigating deep grief. From the very beginning, the staff—especially leasing agent Daniel V.—treated me with such kindness and professionalism. Daniel’s communication was thorough and timely, and his suggestions made my move so much easier. Since then, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly and patient, even when I have lots of questions or just feel chatty. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well-kept. The amenities are top-tier: two pools, a dog park, gym, tennis and pickleball courts, walking paths, grills, free coffee, valet trash, and even a car vacuum and air station. Deandre was really helpful and professional while helping me resolve an appliance issue. He was flexible with the time and dates to work around my schedule. Even gave me a loaner to get me by. Honestly, everyone here has been great since the day I moved in. Really like it here!:)

We just moved in about a week ago, and I’m already so impressed with the maintenance team! The first time I needed help, a maintenance technician (I didn’t catch his name) came by quickly to fix my dishwasher. He diagnosed the issue right away and replaced a part on the spot. The whole process was fast and done perfectly. Shortly after, Deandre came to fix my A/C thermostat. He was very quick to respond to my request and was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was running smoothly before he left, which I really appreciated. Deandre also recently helped my sister, who lives here in Cape House as well. My roommate and I have had issues with our dryer for the past few weeks. Deandre came and helped us with our issue and solved it almost immediately! Very nice and welcoming
