DO NOT MOVE IN! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN! First off, we have been living here for about 3 years now and it’s been the worse time of our lives! The staff in the office could care less about you and your needs. The worse thing about these apartments are the ROACHES! The roaches are so bad it’s not even funny. They sit here and tell everyone that they have pest control people coming by which they did and it was the worse pest control ever. First off the guy came into our apartments and barely sprayed anything and just rushed out to get the job done fast. We have complained multiple times about the bugs and they kept brushing it off like it wasn’t their responsibility. Our apartment is very clean and we don’t have trash or food just laying everywhere we do deep cleans every Sunday to keep the

We have lived here for 2.5 years and we love it! The office staff & maintenance staff are all very helpful, kind, and genuinely take the time to ensure their tenants feel welcomed and appreciated :)

I have lived here for about a year now and I love it! Every time we have had a pest problem they send someone out within the week to deal with it. The office solves many of our issues with ease and is very comforting. Most of all the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. Recently the sliding door in my bed room had been leaking hot air into my room over night. I filed a maintenance request and within the week i had a brand new door with new glass and now my room stays as cool as the rest of my apartment. Would recommend 10/10 for someone who is looking to move. This is my first apartment and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice.

Do not move here. I would never recommend Cape Harbor to anybody. Their lease is predatory and they will do anything to get more money from you in a sneaky manner. We were promised a newly renovated unit only to find it infested with bugs and deteriorating materials. Faulty appliances that had to be replaced, flickering lights, etc. They don't do any real type of pest control and don't address issues properly. The pool and gym were closed for renovations for essentially our entire lease, yet had to pay the same price for rent. They promised upgrades that never came through. Had to constantly endure hearing neighbors violently scream at each other through thin walls. I need to reemphasize how bad the bug problem is. You will experience it your entire time here. You are better off rentin

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You pay for pest control but they never come out and spray and these complexes are INFESTED WITH ROACHES. we keep our apartment clean and no food out but they are just everywhere. I deep clean literally every single day. There’s no clutter or mess. They just want your money. Dont care about the well being of their renters.
