Cape Cod Associates Real Estate

We have a house in Harwichport that we rent through Cape Cod Associates. As a landlord we couldn’t be happier with them. Marjie and Mike always go the extra distance for our tenants as well as ourselves. We would recommend them 100%.

Staff was very cordial. We booked way ahead to get a Sat - Sunday stay and paid up front. We didn't want to check out on a Saturday morning after a Friday evening wedding. Close to final deposit time, they asked to break contract and change to Sat - Saturday rental. We complied. House was beautiful, but many parts were not clean. 4 Bedrooms/2 baths. Lots of light bulbs out. Backyard was littered with sticks everywhere. Kitchen sink spout was moldy. Crumbs and bugs in kitchen drawers. Dirty, greasy stove hood. Washer machine gasket was gunky and moldy. Ripped doormat. Etc. Beds and baths seemed clean. Nice location. Lofty beach towels. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. Ugh.
