Ed was available on short notice, timely, thorough and patiently answered all of our questions. The report was very detailed including many pictures as well as suggestions regarding ongoing maintenance. We highly recommend Ed to homebuyers.

Ed’s inspection actually blew me away with the amount of detail within the report. He included way more in his findings than I ever anticipated (which I’m beyond grateful for)! He has a ton of knowledge and experience. His work speaks for itself 100%! He also includes how and when you should service equipment. I loved the advice and the fact that he ran all the appliances for a “recall” check. Which he said” you will be notified if they are ever recalled down the road”. If anything Ed’s findings now give me more peace of mind in my purchase and i know what to look for when the seller repairs these things. VERY IMPRESSED IN CAPE ATLANTIC HOME INSPECTIONS !!!

Hired Ed for a client, his home inspection was part of a slew of inspections for the property. He was quick to schedule, showed up early and was agonizingly detail oriented in his inspection, which is a good thing. Experience pays dividends and Ed has experience he knows what he is doing. He pointed out a few issues on day of inspection and of course the report, which is lengthy has a summary of issues, an executive summary so you can cut to the chase. The report was promptly received post inspection. Highly recommend.
