Capani's Management

I live in 1 of their buildings for more than 20 years . My super parkinson is the best person u can have as a super .building is clean and he is about his job. If u don't follow rules he will address you .the girls in the office is polite and professional. Mr gezim capani is a good guy just hard to get in touch with. But his team never fails .much respect to the team especially my man parkinson .

DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS you are reading on this company. I suspect they are fake. I currently live in the building. This management company and the guy who runs it are the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in my 40 years. They give new meaning to the term slumlord. They freeze you in the winter by not providing adequate heat and hot water. The building I currently live in has rats, mice, and roaches. The front of the building smells like dog pee. A lot of dog owners live in the building and management does nothing to get them to curb their dogs. There are as much as 3 dogs living in one apartment. Everything seems nice in the beginning but once you have an issue, their true nature emerges. The superintendent of the building is the laziest and most vile

I am glad to live in a building managed by Mr Capani. I can say I have been in quite few places prior to the current apartment and dealt with a number of different landlords. None of them is like these guys. Reasonable, honest and down to earth. THANK YOU

Id like to thank Capani management for being the realest of the real of the real estate game! Feels like family! Mia famiglia! Down to earth men, warm, humble, and one of them is so cute !
