Very quiet, laid back relax apartment complex. As some one with company quite often the outdoor spaces are always clean and impress my guests at the property. Through this last year I’ve had 2 other friends who have moved into the property and they enjoy it just as much as I do. As some one with a larger dog the dog grooming room is very nice and located next to an outdoor playground where my son plays which is super convenient while I deal with that. It’s always super quiet in the halls and outdoor spaces. There’s a trampoline park next door which is great if you have kids and food and harmony’s close by. As far as office staff, by far if anyone is interested in renting here I recommend working with Jeslet Sotelo by far the most responsible and reliable person in the office. She has helpe

Please run from this complex hard and fast. The leasing office simply could not care about anything but renting apartments. As soon as they do that they treat you like garbage. Carpets are stained horribly, garbage all over the outside grounds, supposed to be no smoking but smokers and cigarette butts everywhere. Leasing office changes employees often which means new rules and regulations often. Add time whenever you’re going somewhere to find an elevator that is working or moving decently, old disgusting mattresses blocking sidewalks for over two months, poop and stains in dog play area, hot tub broken all winter due to “budget restraints”. I just signed a new lease with Kourtney for a 2 bedroom apartment. She's is really nice and made everything very smooth. Her communication is very good through the day when she is working. If you are interested in leasing here I would ask for her. The apartments are very nice and the little community looks really cool as well. I am excited for my new move in this weekend. I would absolutely not recommend living here. My experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. When I first moved in, the apartment was filthy. It was nowhere near move-in ready. I had to spend four full days cleaning it myself before I could even properly move in. That alone should have been a red flag about how the property is managed. The biggest ongoing issue was the water heater constantly breaking down. Instead of actually fixing the root problem, maintenance would simply unplug it and plug it back in as a temporary reset. That was their “solution” every single time. As a result, I was left without hot water for days at a time — especially over weekends when there was no maintenance available.
