Canyon Springs

There are positives and negatives to all places. The positives are the landscaping and the friendliness of the staff, particularly the maintenances staff, Bella, and Heather. The negatives are parking, broken amenities, the quality of maintenance, and move in/ move out procedures. We lived at Canyon Springs for a little over a year. We requested assigned parking when we moved in, which is extra cost but would have been worth it. We continued to seek updates and never received a parking spot, although we saw numerous people who moved in after us receive one. We also had a hard time with the moving POD. We came from out of state and were assured that the POD people would have a place to put the POD. I inquired many times. Yet, when the POD arrived, they had to return to the POD center becaus

I’ve been living here since March of 2024. I am absolutely thrilled with everything here. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously cared for each week. They keep you informed of what’s going on with the property. My favorite thing is they pick up your trash each day right at your door. As I am elderly and somewhat disabled it’s been important to me. The manager and people in the office are always available, helpful and friendly and the maintenance crew are so helpful and kind and take care of issues promptly. If I could give Canyon Springs more than 5 stars I certainly would.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience at Canyon Springs so far! The office team — Meg, Sarena, Bella, and Heather — are all super friendly, helpful, and professional. They always take time to answer questions and make sure things get handled quickly. The maintenance team — Elijah, Armondo, and Gabe — also do an amazing job. They’re fast, respectful, and keep everything running smoothly around the property. Overall, the staff here really care about the residents, and it shows. I definitely recommend Canyon Springs to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live!

This place was a nightmare, I wasn't able to see my apartment until move in day and I found out why. Place was filthy, wiped cabinets with cloth was dark brown. Toilets has caked urine and fecses. The only thing clean was the carpet which was new but was layed poorly but the seams were buckling. Outside of apartment smelled like swamp due to stagnit water. Asked for a new apartment or a deep clean, or to let me out of my lease. They said it would be best if I moved out of the complex, apparently they don't like being citazizim and didn't wanna improve their tenants experience. Moved to keeler's corner which is amazing and cheaper to boot. Would be no stars if it would let me.

the application and move in process was super seamless and straightforward thanks to the super awesome people in the managers office. apartment is lovely and i would absolutely recommend canyon springs to anyone looking for a place to live
