Canyon Springs

If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. The Canyon Springs is honestly one of the best places you could live. The community is beautiful, safe, and very well maintained — it truly feels like home. The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of great places nearby to stop and grab something to eat, which makes living here even more convenient. The staff is phenomenal — the ladies in the office are professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind every time I interact with them. They go above and beyond for the residents. I’m very glad to be part of the Canyon Springs community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Honestly, the girl Eden, or should I say the child Eden that works in the front should be terminated if that’s the customer service they are offering I would never waste my money living here. She had zero customer service skills zero knowledge and a major attitude. I don’t know if she just needed to eat or an attitude adjustment but either way she needs to get it !! Beverly on the other hand was very kind and let’s hope they really hire someone else

Sunset couldnt be any better here in this new place i'll call home. Beside the atomsphere the staff is beyond efficient. Both maintence and office staff super friendly and on top of any issue (not that i've had any) best part is they find a solution Thanks to these guys for making my move one of little to no stress from the start

I have been living in this apartment for a year now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team is consistently professional, responsive, and punctual. Whenever I encounter an issue, they address it promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption. As I am currently pregnant, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that my living environment remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Their proactive communication and attention to detail have made this an ideal place to call home. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a supportive and well-managed living experience.

This is the worst apartment complex ever. There is no security at all—my car has been broken into for the second time in six months. Property management offers no assistance whatsoever. However, if you park your car incorrectly for just 10 minutes, they ensure it gets towed immediately. Despite being a gated community, it is far less secure than the worst neighborhoods.
