Five stars for Canyon Ridge Apartments! This is a wonderful community to call home. The apartments are brand new and very modern, with great finishes. I really appreciate the amazing amenities, particularly the pool, gym, and various recreational areas which are always clean and well-maintained. The leasing management staff shows great hospitality and are always a pleasure to deal with. And, of course, the location is excellent – so convenient!

Holly has been such a great help with everything I’ve needed throughout the leasing process! She’s always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and brings such positive energy to every interaction. Her support has made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful—modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The community feels welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch. So happy in my decision with this place!

I've been living at Canyon Ridge Apartments with my family for quite some time and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First, we started living temporarily (my employer offered accommodation), loved the place, and then ended up signing a long-term contract in a nearby apartment in the same Canyon Ridge community. The front office staff is consistently friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist with any questions or issues. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. The building and grounds are well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant living environment. Most of the 5-star reviews here didn’t happen organically, residents were asked to leave them for a “lucky draw.” On top of already premium rent, management nickel-and-dimes you with extra charges for almost everything. The COMPULSORY paid internet is consistently unreliable, and when you report it, nothing changes. They’ll also hit you with fees over petty rules, like not allowing anything on your patio besides chairs and a table, or you get charged. The amenities/equipment break all the time, and maintenance feels reactive at best. Overall, this place markets a “premium” experience, but the day-to-day reality doesn’t match what you’re paying for.
