Canyon Park Village

If I could, I would give it zero stars. We lived here many years. Would I move back, NEVER! Homeless entering the apartments every day, no security only when you call, they constantly had different office managers. They currently have one but, I don't know what does. You file a complaint but doesn't do anything. Many people have broken into cars. In the past you had to dial a code to get in. Later they gave all residents a control to open the gate and took out the dial pad. The control never lasted because the gate never opened and ended up leaving the gate open 24/7. Every year the new company higher the rent bill, but when it comes to fixing or giving you a new floor or carpet, they don't want to do that. Some neighbors throwing trash outside like they don't have a trash can at home. Som

I love living at Canyon Park Village. Great and friendly manager on site. Well kept property. Quiet family life. Pool is always ready for the summer. Kid friendly play area. Security gates gives it a more safe feeling. I been calling it home for 4 years and love it. I recommend you come see for yourself!

Connie is the best manager and she has a big beautiful heart.
