The staff, Dylan and Kristen, are incredibly friendly and responsive — they really go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported. Her apartment is modern, spacious, and well-designed, with a shared kitchen that’s always clean and convenient. The amenities are top-notch.

Kristen, the manager has been absolutely nothing short of amazing! I have had an amazing experience ever since I moved-in, and plan to renew for an additional year. The management team really go above and beyond here, by far one of the best apartments I have lived in hands down!

The maintenance workers Alex and Rocky were so kind to replace my dishwasher with a completely brand new one (newest model). They are always super fast to respond to maintenance requests, and they do very honest work. Thank you!

You should definitely avoid Canyon Flats if you want to get your security deposit back. They don’t pay it out. I’ve been waiting for my check for seven months and still haven’t received it. When I moved out, everything was in order and the apartment was inspected and approved as such. I also sent multiple emails to Dylan and never received a response—so be careful with your money. International students in particular should be careful and look elsewhere — you’ll be cheated out of your deposit.
