Canyon Chase

Brittany is the lifeblood of crow canyon chase. I was anxious because I didnt realized i was getting overcharged on my rent and she helped to adjust this for the next months rent. She also took the time to explain my lease agreement and helped to take additional fees off to save on my monthly rent! She is incredible, helpful, and amazing. 5 stars for her all day!! I took a star off because maintenance requests seem to fall on deaf ears. Ive had a maintenance request be marked as complete even though they didnt fix anything. Ive waited 3 months and they haven't helped with this. I gave them my spare key to my apartment cause they made a copy of the key, tested it in front of me, the key worked. Then claimed the key didnt work. So now I'm down a spare key and literally have a bedsheet naile

Love this place! I moved here with my husband 2 months ago we were trying to find good place for a good price for a long time and it seemed impossible until we found canyon chase! People in the office are super friendly and help you with everything maintenance is so fast and great too! The only negative thing I would say is that is kind of cold inside the apartment because it’s older building and old windows but I knew that. The property is well maintained and looks wonderful!

I used to love my apartment here, but the new management over the property is frustrating. I moved out last month after living there roughly three years, and though I’ve called multiple times, no one seems to be able to provide me with a clear process on how to make final payments (which I mentioned aren’t showing correctly in built). In addition, my apartment was water damaged multiple times, and they added a charge to my account for over 1k to replace the carpet even though I wasn’t the one to damage it. I called and was told it would be looked into but no one has contacted me back. Communication with this property is a severe issue, both email and calling. If your apartment doesn’t have issues, you’ll be fine but otherwise you’ll be spun in circles because there is no proper connection

My husband and I have lived here for two years and we're in the process of moving out right now, but only because we're moving back to TX near family. Otherwise, we definitely would have renewed. The apartments are expensive, but it was worth it for us to live in an okay area and we only had a $50 increase with the first renewal and would have had no increase with the second renewal. There are homeless people around + some tents in a nearby park area, but we never felt unsafe walking around, and that's kind of tough to avoid in the Denver area. We only had to put in one maintenance request for our toilet and it was answered same day. I personally have not lived here, but I have close family whom have. My review is based off of my experiences when walking into the office with them to talk to staff. Canyon Chase is supposedly managed by Brookfield Properties, however it is NOT managed well nor are they providing clean, safe and habitable units for their residents! Someone with Fair Housing needs to step in! The office staff is inconsistent, they're rarely in the office or available, staff are not knowledgeable to complete anything brought to them and their communication with one another lacks responses for the Tenants to resolve business matters.
