I had never experience what I experience with a realtor REYNA ORTEGA From this office. I live in here property in 1001 S 27th Ave Hollywood, FL 33020 United States for two years the property she rent me I was always on time with my payments monthly never late. Within those 2 years she had people working inside the house while I was living there with my 5 year old daughter. I don’t know nothing about mold but when my mom came there was mold all in the walls. Water would get in the living room. She’s such an inexperience realtors I don’t understand how she has a license? After the year she made sure she didn’t do another lease because she didn’t want to give me back my deposit of $3000 I gave $9000 to move in.She stay with $1700 dollars supposedly for paint and holes on the wall really $17

Reina Ortega it’s the worst Realtor in Florida. Till this day she has NOT gave me a detailed explanation of the expense supposedly it was from the damages and paint of the house I rented. It’s been over more than a month and she tells me that my deposit of 3000 she had to deduct 1700 for paint and holes on wall. INCREDIBLE OF HOW OF A THIEF SHE IS. I dont understand how she works for canvas. I never had this issue with none and her she stay with my money.

Agent Mikelson Civil was rude and unprofessional, once I decided to terminate my yearly lease he showed his true colors. While doing the inspection he commented saying "you was living filthy". Mind you this is Because of the walls that HE moved me in where NEVER painted he rushed me into a broken apartment with so many issues. Stove only had 2 eyes working, Sink ALWAYS leaked, broken cabinet draws, water heater caught on fire because it was previous repaired with electrical tape and not done properly. Luckily I was home at the time, instead of replacing the heater he had it "repaired again". He claimed he would get his maintenance man to repair the other issues and and would put it on me to call the maintenance guy who NEVER repaired Anything and the guys who he was suppose to paint the wa
