I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Canvas on Blake! From start to finish, my application and move-in process were completely seamless and painless thanks to the fabulous team and all of their hard work. They were communicative, organized, and made everything feel so easy during what can usually be a stressful time. My apartment was spotless and truly move-in ready when I arrived, which made such a great first impression. The freight elevator reservation process was smooth, and my movers had an incredibly easy time getting everything upstairs without any delays or confusion. We have loved our nearly 4 years of living here…until the past 8 months or so. We are on what I believe to be our third? management group, with each drastically going down hill. We’ve continued to renew our lease here because of the great location and amenities. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the last time all amenities were actually usable for even a single day at a time. The coffee machine is ignored during high-touch hours, the hot tub is continually out of service and/or cold, the communal printer is rarely filled with ink, rooftop TVs haven’t worked in the 4 years, and the gaming options are left to be forgotten when down or without supplies. Please don’t live here! I have never encountered such poor communication, care for residents, and cleaning/maintenance as I have at Canvas on Blake. It’s really disappointing because this could be a very nice apartment complex if Lincoln/Willow Bridge Apartments could hire people suited for the jobs who had proper communication, organization, and empathy. Issues: - Multiple garage break-ins. One break-in was done using a key fob labeled for the "security" company, they vandalized my motorcycle trying to steal it and managed to steal several other residents property. Lincoln/Willow Bridge did not change the security company or increase patrols (I have never once seen the security company at or around the complex). - The one camera in the back alley (where the garage thieves entered) was

Five months with a broken dishwasher; all they give are excuses. Jason, the assisting manager, is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a property like this. It's as if he doesn't understand what 'customer service' means. It's the wrong job to have an attitude towards tenants, especially when it's been five months of waiting. That said, Cesar is great, assisting every time we call. The new manager seems nice; hopefully, she can turn this place around.

Since moving in, everyone at the community has been great—but today, Savanna and Cesar really showed me that I’m in the right place. They went above and beyond and truly made me feel cared for as a resident. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their renters the way they do. I’m so thankful to be part of a community with such amazing and thoughtful staff!
