Canton Ridge Luxury Apartments

My girlfriend and I lived here for approximately two years and had a consistently excellent experience. From our initial tour through the move-out process, David was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, always answering calls and texts promptly. The building is well maintained and consistently clean, thanks to the weekly cleaning staff. The maintenance team is also outstanding—whenever an issue arose, Hercules and his crew addressed it quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place to live in the Farmington Valley.

I needed to find an apartment quickly and I was able to arrange a viewing on short notice. The owner of the building met me personally to show me the apartment. The apartment fit my needs and I secured it immediately. The process was quick and easy. I was able to move in ahead of the move in date which was very generous and helpful. After now living here for a month I have enjoyed it very much. The complex is very quiet. Many tenants appear to have pets but never hear them. The apartment is quite spacious and people who have visited have been very complimentary. I have had no trouble with anything breaking thus far. My wife and I love it here. Great atmosphere. Having the two large common rooms is amazing. The café is awesome as well. It’s great to start our day with a free cup of any kind of coffee we want. Hercules and the property staff are always quick to assist with anything. I definitely recommend Canton Ridge. The owners are always in communication with email updates and will answer any questions promptly. Beautiful units and new amenities.

Living at Canton Ridge Luxury Apartments has been a truly wonderful experience for me. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and cared for in this beautiful community. The property is owned and managed by David Raisner, who, despite the office not being on-site, is incredibly responsive and always just a phone call away whenever I need assistance. The maintenance team is outstanding. Every time I’ve reported an issue, they’ve addressed it promptly and with great care. The longest I’ve ever waited was just one day, which is a testament to their dedication and professionalism. The amenities here are simply amazing. He was very thorough and willing to take lots of time in showing us multiple units. The property appears well-maintained and is quiet - a nice plus.
