Canton Overlook

I toured the community last week and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Selena, the Community Manager, and Gabriel, the Assistant—both were friendly and welcoming. As someone new to the area, I wasn't familiar with how the tax credit programs worked. Even though I ultimately didn't qualify, they took the time to educate me on the process. I truly appreciated their patience and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I’ve lived in Baltimore for quite some time now and I’m looking to move on my own. One of the communities I came across was Canton Overlook. I wasn’t able to take a tour of an apartment because all of their units are basically filled, but I was able to see the community and I really liked it. I saw a couple residents and they really spoke highly about the property, but especially about the staff Selena and Gabriel. I think I may become a resident soon crossed my fingers.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and I loved my little apartment. Selena is amazing and onsite staff is very friendly and helpful. Other residents are not respectful though, don’t clean up after their pets inside and outside, people have trashed this place. PROS: • washer/dryer in unit, front loading! • elevator • location! • rather spacious apartment, efficient storage in unit. • boasts a large beautiful kitchen with brand new appliances • gym • price CONS: • parking! lack of space and the towing company is predatory. be careful and make sure your tags are registered and your vehicle is registered to your apartment and your parking pass is present. • cleanliness: as stated before, other residents are disrespectful regarding pet cleanup and general upkeep.

Please NO NOT MESS WITH THIS PLACE. MY wife and I attempted to move here 2 years ago. The staff is very nice but they LIE LIE LIE. FIRST they said we were approved and needed to talk to corporate. Told me they would talk to corporate on Friday. Them told me corporate wasn't open on Friday. Them said they would call us back NEVER CALLED. WE HAD TO GO THERE SEVERAL TIMES. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I HAVE A HOUSING VOUCHER and time was limited. We finally just got the voucher back .the funny and sad thing is while we were in our beautiful big apt. We received a call from overlook ,it had been about 4 months after we took back our voucher. But reading the other reviews and riding by it RECENTLY IM GLAD IM NOT THERE I WOULD BE MOVING.

I have been living here since December 2023 and Selena has always been consistent. From my experience she does the best she can with what she has. She has held it down at canton overlook!
