Canterbury Creek Apartments

I’ve been a resident at Canterbury Creek for two years now and have enjoyed my time here. My patio overlooks the small pond and I get to enjoy wildlife daily…deer, herons, cranes, ducks and the occasional otter. The entire campus is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. The grounds are spacious and impeccably maintained. Rent is reasonable, and on the rare occasion when I had a maintenance issue it was resolved within hours. It’s close to Howard Commons, a great community activity and entertainment venue, and close to the Mountain Bay Trail for 80 miles of hiking/biking. All good here…check it out!

I love living in this area. The apartment itself is very spacious, well kept and all of the other residents are friendly and respectful of eachother. No issues with noisy neighbors. They also do a great job of keeping up with the appearance of the public spaces, from the excellent lawn care to the very thorough and prompt snow removal.

We enjoy living at Canterbury Creek Apartments. We like the beautiful sunsets over the lake. It is very quiet which we like. The apartment has everything that we need. Yasmin in the office is very helpful. We have already recommended these apartments to our friends.

Our move to Canterbury Creek apartments in September of 2021 was clouded with stress as many moves are! But our move was delayed a couple weeks because my husband was hospitalized and only lived nine days after we moved. There were many dark days for me but I grew more and more in love with my apartment, neighbors and surroundings. Being a widow, the staff has always acknowledged my needs and quickly rectified the problem. The apartment is warm and cozy and that isn’t anything I ever felt in other apartments. The view out of my patio and living room is always a wonderful surprise whether it’s an aquatic bird, pond animals or deer! The view has brought me much solace and peace and every day is a new experience. I can’t imagine living anywhere else and I am proud to tell everyone that I live

I have lived at Canterbury Creek for over 8 years. In my 8 years, I have not ever voiced 1 complaint. That is remarkable! The grounds are kept in beautiful condition, the maintenance crew Is very responsive, and the office staff is very informative, personable, and attentive. It is a quiet neighborhood where I have never heard yelling, or other disturbances. Rents are very competitive with housing of equal quality. Our clubhouse has a fitness center that is furnished with quality equipment. Get togethers, organized by staff, offer me the opportunity to mingle with other residents. I would highly recommend Canterbury Creek, to anyone without reservation.
