Everything was great here for the first year we lived here until we had an actual problem and then it wasn’t anymore - in my opinion these are the situations that matter most and this just was not handled well. Upstairs neighbor’s toilet started leaking smelly yellow water through the ceiling in the bathroom, directly above the toilet making it unusable 2 days before Christmas. There’s also a large bubble that formed from the leak and its clearly filled with that same water. Immediately put in an emergency maintenance call because it’s toilet water like literal human waste just in our apartment and now we have no bathroom to use. “Emergency” is over 2 hours for a guy to come and look at it for less a minute and tell us he needs to see what’s going on upstairs. Lot's of false advertisement for this place. 24/7 maintenance doesn't exist-- they wait until 48 hours after snowfall to even begin snow removal. Lot's of other issues too update: photos are how they plow us out newer update: Don't believe their reply-- they speak nice but take all your money and under deliver!!

I had the chance to visit Canterbury and work with Mary, and I can honestly say she made the experience incredibly positive. From the moment we spoke, she was welcoming, patient, and truly attentive. Over the two years my Aunt lived here, Sue has been an exceptional resource. She is compassionate, professional, attentive and responsive. A shout out also to Sheldon for his assistance in maintaing the complex and always keeping an eye out for the tenants.
