This is what the real photos of the property will tell you how well it’s taken care of. Arrived to a dirty apartment that they said was “move in ready” We moved in and moved out the same day. Also a lesson to never sign a lease without actually seeing the property IN PERSON with your own eyes as we signed from another state. As you can see we were also welcomed by sand bags on the patio that floods really bad during rains and we were never told in advance that this patio flooded even in a small downpour. Only place I’ve ever lived where I could consider the property manager a friend now. Yes, the place is a little older, but you cannot beat the price of rent anywhere and is still clean. Great location - close to everything, whether the beach or downtown. My roommate and I have lived here for 3 months thus far and everything has gone smoothly. Property manager is very attentive to maintenance requests and questions and has a genuine attitude towards helping people out and answering questions. We certainly do not plan on moving anytime soon and would definitely recommend.

This place is a scam. Do not waste your money applying here. My husband applied for this apartment and the whole process went smooth until we were ready to see the place. We were told that we were applying to one of the cheaper apartments. The apartment was supposed to be exactly like the more expensive apartments, but the only thing that was different was there were no granite counter tops. I scheduled a tour and set up an appointment to tour the apartment. I arrived to the unit 15 minutes early and no one showed up for the tour. I called multiple times, no one answered. I waited 30 minutes after my appoint and still no one arrived. The next morning I called back and they agreed to show me the property. Don’t move here. I’ve had minor issues over the 2 years I’ve lived here, but they were always handled quickly and with clear communication. That is, until this past December (2023) when the new management company took over. We had no water in our kitchen sink for 5 weeks. This meant we could not cook or wash dishes…which meant extra money eating out. We understood it may take time to order parts and all of that. The issues came from the fact that there was literally no communication. Maintenance men would come and go and new problems would arise, but they would leave us to find it out instead of telling us. One of the worst rental experiences ever since South Creek took over the property. Management is impossible to deal with. I had a flood and serious plumbing issues from tree roots and they left my front porch blocked off for a month. I asked for a discount and only got charged more! These people are money grabbers, steer clear. They will not help you. I had to move out over this. And when I did, they made the process extremely difficult. Asking me to physically show up to an office that is nowhere near the property. These people do not care, and I have yet to get my security deposit back. I'm certain they will find some reason to attempt to keep it. Your main contact point if you live here is completely useless. Just avoid it.
