Canopy at Citrus Park

I can honestly say the location of this property is absolutely amazing it’s unbeatable. You’re just minutes from shops, major highways, and so many great restaurants, which makes everyday living incredibly convenient. Beyond the location, the team here truly makes the difference. Debbie and Anna in the office do an amazing job, they’re professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Hector and the maintenance crew are on top of everything and handle requests quickly and efficiently. You can really tell they take pride in their work and in the property itself, and it definitely shows. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed place in a prime location!

I really enjoy this apartment complex! The community is clean, peaceful, and feels like home. Anna, the assistant property manager, is always helpful, kind, and responsive whenever I need anything. I also love spending time at the pool with the kids — even though it’s currently closed for maintenance, I appreciate that they’re taking care of it properly. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

The team are very nice people! My daughter just moved in and I’m happy. They explained everything from the very beginning. The parking is harder in some parts of the community but that’s with living in any apt community but it is well worth it for the area. They were very transparent about it from the beginning though. Thanks to the team you can tell they love their job

I’ve had such a great experience living at Canopy Grove. The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help — you truly feel taken care of here. The maintenance team consistently goes above and beyond; they’re quick, respectful, and genuinely helpful. One time I had a flat tire and one of the maintenance guys even helped put air in it so I could safely get it exchanged — that meant so much to me. The front office staff is always welcoming and friendly, which really makes a difference day to day. My niece, nephews, and little sister absolutely love coming to visit, especially to spend time at the pool.
