Canopy at Babcock Ranch

It took me two 2yrs but I finally moved here and couldn’t be happier so far! I first toured Canopy apts when they first opened. Anytime I contacted the office they were always friendly and willing to answer any questions. From starting the application to finalizing everything, it was a smooth process. I had a couple of maintenance requests upon move in and they were taken care of right away. The location is probably the best all around! Looking forward to many more walks like these.

The Canopy at Babcock Ranch will welcome you with sunset views, a great community, wonderful amenities, and a friendly staff.The leasing agents like Kimmie and Yasmin are knowledgeable and kind. Which is needed when making a multi state move like I did. The maintenance under the leadership of Jeff is top notch. He made a personal introduction on my move in day. Showing a high-level culture that supports the tenants. It's a way of life, and a home.

Love living here. Any maintenance requests are completed quickly and the majority of the people who live here seem nice. Office staff is good. There are a lot of trails in the neighborhood along with a handful of shops and stores.

We love our new home at Canopy so much!! Kimmie helped us every step of the way, and was there for us when our previous home was getting complicated and we did not know a confirmed move-in dates anymore. Thank you so much for working with us and being there for us, Kimmie!! You made us fall even more in love with Canopy before we moved in 😊 After moving in, we are having an amazing time enjoying the beautiful, well-maintained amenities, meeting friendly neighbors and walking trails by Canopy. There are many beautiful units including ones that face the Bullhorn Lake and faces west so you can enjoy sunset from your balcony! If you are considering moving here, I’d say DO IT, NOW!!
