If the application is denied the fee needs to be refunded and the person needs to be contacted so they won’t waste their time.

Highly Recommended Rental Housing Company, they have outstanding customer service skills I needed something fixed in my home and they sent someone out the same day to address the issue right away. I would highly recommend renting from them all prices for their homes are very affordable!! And they have different size houses from big to small to accommodate any small to large family!!!

I had submitted an application and paid the fee just to never get a call back. After calling for 3 days consecutively someone finally answered the phone, I was met with nothing but attitude from the woman that answered the phone. Just to find out that unless you are accepted you don't get an email or a call back. Basically they just want your money and have no respect for your time. Don't apply here.

The Cannon team has used us to update and make maintain their properties to improve them and keep them looking fresh. It's good to see a management company that invests into their properties. Great working with your team!
